Blue Triangle emerged from a simple but powerful idea: what if buildings could be more than just structures? What if they could actively contribute to a sustainable future while generating income for their owners?
Our founders, David, Bart, Jeff, and Tom bring together experience across construction, property development, renewable energy, solar, and related technologies. Collectively, they have completed or participated in more than 250 projects across the disciplines Blue Triangle now brings together. Rather than starting with untested ideas, Blue Triangle combines things our team has already done successfully—and integrates them in new ways designed to make each component work better together.
That experience led to a new model for property development. We saw an opportunity to address several challenges at the same time: reducing construction costs, creating useful space through solar infrastructure, producing clean energy, and developing new sources of property-level income.
Today, Blue Triangle operates at the intersection of construction and energy innovation. Our integrated approach combines advanced building systems, prefabrication, solar energy, energy infrastructure, and hydrogen production to rethink what a property can accomplish.
The goal is not simply to put solar on a building or construct a more efficient structure. It is to design the building, energy systems, and income-producing assets as one coordinated project—so each part improves the economics and usefulness of the others.
We believe the next generation of development should use less energy and water, create durable and resilient structures, begin generating income as early as practical, and turn previously passive building surfaces and property areas into productive assets.
